What is your return policy?

My return has been received by you. Where’s my refund?

Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 5-8 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.

If you have reason to believe your return should have been accepted and processed by now, please email us at help@konorknox.com with your tracking information and let us know the item(s) you returned.

 

 

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

Contact help@konorknox.com with a photo of the damage(s). We’ll contact you within 1 business day to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible.

 

 

I received the wrong item(s) What do I do?

Contact help@konorknox.com with a photo of the wrong item(s). We’ll contact you within 1 business day to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible.

 

 

Can I update my order before it’s been shipped?

Contact help@konorknox.com with the information you would like to update. We’ll do our best to update your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. We usually ship orders within 2-3 weekdays of your order date.

How do I exchange an Item?

If you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the refund form from your original order.  Your new order will be shipped to you and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).
