RETURN POLICY

At Konor Knox we take pride in customer satisfaction. We want our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience. As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all of your expectations. If for any reason you do not love your purchase, please follow the guidelines below to complete a return.

 

RETURN POLICY

For a full refund, please return the item in its original condition within 14 days from when you received it.

Any items returned after the 14 days from the date you received it can be returned for store credit up to 30 days from receiving it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 14 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.

If you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the return form for your original order.  Your new order will be shipped to you and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).  

All items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Include your original invoice or printed out email confirmation from your order.

Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage. 

**The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-8 business days after we receive your package.  

You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.

In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at help@konorknox.com to start the replacement process.

We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.
