Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Orders are processed and shipped 2-3 business days from the original order date and time. Orders placed after 3pm CTS may be processed the following business day.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Konor Knox cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us to correct this ASAP. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is on it's way.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout after the customer's subtotal (which includes the total after coupon codes are applied, and sale items are reduced) and does not include tax.
Free shipping on all orders over $75 is calculated after your subtotal.

As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all of your expectations. If for any reason you do not love your purchase, please follow the guidelines below to complete a return.
For a full refund, please return the item in its original condition within 14 days from when you received it.
Any items returned after the 14 days from the date you received it can be returned for store credit up to 30 days from receiving it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 14 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.
If you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the return form for your original order. Your new order will be shipped to you and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).
All items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return.

Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.
**The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-8 business days after we receive your package.
You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.

We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.
